Key Responsibilities
New Market Operations & Execution
- Support day-to-day operations for newly launched markets with a high frequency of configuration and setup changes.
- Execute pricing, supply, and operational adjustments in systems to support early market stabilization.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of changes in close coordination with cross-functional teams.
Marketplace Monitoring & Early Performance Tracking
- Monitor core marketplace metrics for new markets.
- Identify early signals of performance issues or operational inefficiencies.
- Support corrective actions through operational and pricing adjustments.
Pricing & Supply Support
- Assist in setting up and iterating pricing and supply levers during early market stages.
- Track the impact of changes on marketplace balance and key KPIs.
- Work with the Expansion team to test and refine initial market assumptions.
Expansion Analytics & Market Assessment
- Support evaluation of new market potential through comprehensive modeling and data analysis.
- Assist in building and maintaining market sizing, unit economics, and scenario models.
- Perform post-launch reviews and early performance assessments.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Revenue, Analytics, Product, and Regional teams to align execution.
- Support preparation of updates, dashboards, and operational summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Help document early learnings, processes, and best practices from new market launches.
Process & Tooling Support
- Assist in improving operational workflows and tools used for market launches.
- Support testing of new operational setups and document outcomes.
- Help standardize repeatable processes as markets move from launch to scale.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, consulting, or similar execution-heavy roles.
- Comfortable with hands-on operational work and frequent changes in priorities.
- Strong analytical foundation; confident working with Excel and basic SQL.
- Solid understanding of basic unit economics and marketplace mechanics (or strong interest in learning).
- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with incomplete information.
- Clear communicator who can translate data into practical next steps.
