Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mobility and delivery space.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, data) to launch and scale initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports using SQL and Tableau.
- Take full ownership of projects, driving execution with speed and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the mobility, delivery, or logistics industry.
- Strong decision-making skills based on data insights and real-world impact.
- Proficiency in SQL and Tableau — you must be comfortable working with data to drive strategy.
- Clear understanding of ownership culture — we need doers, not just planners.
- High level of personal productivity and self-management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
