Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics initiatives across identity, authorization, and onboarding flows, with a focus on conversion, cost efficiency, and user experience
  • Analyze the end-to-end authorization and onboarding funnel to identify drop-off points, behavioral patterns, and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth SMS cost decomposition and estimate the impact of optimization initiatives
  • Research, design, and evaluate alternative confirmation methods and authorization scenarios, including switchback experiments and A/B tests
  • Define and assess the economic efficiency of authorization methods, balancing conversion, reliability, and cost
  • Drive analytical research for the install → superapp adoption funnel, identifying levers to improve early user engagement and product choice
  • Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and evaluate the impact of changes on key product and business metrics
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate insights into actionable product decisions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical self-serve tools for product and business stakeholders

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role
  • Strong product analytics mindset with the ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets
  • Strong practical experience using Python for data analysis, including complex data transformations, exploratory analysis, and metric computation
  • Solid understanding of product funnels, onboarding flows, and user decision-making scenarios
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, scenario comparison)
  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Redash)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
