Senior Enterprise Risk Specialist (Operational risks)

Key Responsibilities

Guidance and support to business units in identifying and managing operational risks
Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), including risk identification, assessment, and review of control design and effectiveness
Risk event and root cause assessments, documentation of root cause and contributing factors
Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) collection, ongoing reporting, and monitoring
Development and monitoring of risk mitigation plans and controls, ensuring they are appropriately implemented and effective
Ensure lessons learned are implemented into Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational risk management activities and findings
Promotion of risk-awareness culture across the organization by providing training to targeted teams and new joiners

A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in an operational risk role, an internal control role, or Risk Management/Internal Control consulting roles
Proven experience in the execution of Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) with a specific focus on Third Party Risk Management
Confidence in data analysis and risk assessment methodologies
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Collaborative team player with the confidence to work independently
Strong communication and presentation skills
Team player who is open to listening and learning, demonstrating a growth mindset
A university degree in economics, business, or a tech-related field, or equivalent experience
