We’re looking for a Global Consumer Communications Lead to help us turn data, product updates, and passenger insights into compelling news stories that resonate globally. This is a senior HQ role, where you’ll transform what passengers love (and what frustrates them) into clear, relatable narratives. You’ll create news-driven content packages for our regional teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM — making it easy for them to pitch and localize content in their markets. And of course, support inDrive’s social and economic impact stories across different countries.
Lead consumer comms at HQ: Build and own global passenger communications strategy, ensuring riders are at the center of inDrive’s storytelling.
Turn insights into news: Partner with marketing, analytics, and product teams to identify trends in passenger experience and transform them into newsworthy narratives and angles
Deliver ready-to-use news content: Provide regional PR teams with press materials, messaging, data-driven stories, and creative formats that are designed for localization and media pick-up
Create and manage a global content hub: Develop a central “newsroom” library of story angles, key data points, case studies, and visuals that regions can adapt
Develop consumer-facing campaigns: Launch global initiatives that highlight fairness, inclusion, and real passenger experiences through news stories and campaign formats.
Bring a consumer lens to every announcement: Ensure narratives are relatable, lifestyle-oriented, and relevant to passengers’ everyday journeys.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with product, marketing, analytics, and regional comms to align global strategy with local execution.
Mentor and support regional PR teams: Equip them with story packages and help adapt global narratives to local contexts while keeping consistency.
Identify PR opportunities in cross-teams within the organization [business and marketing projects] to extract maximum relevant information from internal sources and turn complex propositions into simple and easy-to-digest action points for PR.
Manage business stakeholders and their expectations: you should be ready to roll up your sleeves to convince stakeholders and prioritize comms needs alongside grounding up business expectations.
Effectively manage internal and external resources, including but not limited to cross-functional team management, budgets, planning, KPIs setting (and their feasibility).

Skilled at spotting news angles in data, product launches, and consumer insights.
Excellent storyteller who can turn complex details into simple, media-friendly narratives.
Hands-on and proactive: you don’t just advise, you create press materials, op-eds, and story packages yourself.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
Strong conversational English (comfortable in daily international work); Spanish is a plus.
A team player who enjoys mentoring regional colleagues and building bridges across cultures.
Analytical yet creative, with a passion for building consumer trust in high-growth environments.
