The ERP Administrator is responsible for supporting and developing back-office systems used in the company’s financial and operational processes.
The role focuses on ensuring system reliability, supporting integrations, and improving back-office workflows in collaboration with analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop back-office systems (Yokoy, Zip, IronClad and similar platforms)
  • Ensure stability, availability, and correct configuration of assigned systems
  • Configure access rights, roles, and basic system settings
  • Support and monitor integrations between back-office systems and other internal platforms
  • Participate in automation and improvement of financial and operational workflows
  • Analyze incidents and issues, support root-cause analysis and resolution
  • Work with analysts and developers during implementation of changes and integrations
  • Maintain technical documentation and system configuration records
  • Support system updates, monitoring, and routine operational procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience administering ERP or back-office systems
  • Understanding of how back-office systems support financial and operational processes
  • Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, and data exchange
  • Willingness and ability to разобраться in related systems (e.g. 1C, NetSuite) when required
  • Ability to analyze issues, logs, and data to identify problems
  • Clear communication with analysts, developers, and business users
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently

Nice to have
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and SaaS platforms
  • Experience with procurement, expense management, or legal systems
  • Experience participating in automation or system improvement initiatives
