The IT Automation Analyst works at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery.
The role focuses on supporting automation initiatives across the organization by translating business needs into clear, implementable process and technical solutions.
You will work closely with internal customers, developers, and system administrators, helping deliver automation solutions and improve internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation
Collect, structure, and clarify requirements from stakeholders
Conduct interviews and workshops
Prepare analysis artifacts (user stories, process diagrams, flows) when needed
Maintain requirements and backlog in Jira and Confluence
Support implementation, UAT, and post-release analysis
Work with feedback and incidents to improve delivered solutions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Confident use of Jira and Confluence
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Understanding of end-to-end processes and system interactions Clear written and verbal communication
Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
Background in business or system analysis
