We’re seeking a Consumer Research Specialist who will be responsible for providing research and analytical support for marketing and product decisions by conducting end-to-end studies and maintaining ongoing tracking research. The position includes managing agency-led and DIY research and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Informational and research support of marketing and product initiatives and decisions. Helping to solve business tasks connected with understanding client.
Participating in activities concerning supporting current tracking research.
Conducting ad-hoc full cycle research projects (from setting tasks together with the internal client and choosing methodology to results presentation. Carrying out researches with the aid of both DIY tools and research agencies including:
Filling in on updating briefs, defining the methodology and research design, briefing the agency, controlling tools quality, project flow and reporting. Providing analytical, data based insights and recommendations for the defined business task, presenting the results to the team or organizing of the presentation
When using DIY, creating the tools, analytics and reporting (analytical note or full report).
Analyzing available data (both qual and quant), identifying connections, looking for insights, trends, answering questions and tasks based on previous research data and external data available.
