We`re seeking a Senior Consumer Research Manager who will support marketing and product decision-making through deep customer insights, continuous brand and communication tracking, and ad-hoc research initiatives. The position includes cross-functional project management with multinational teams and agencies, as well as the delivery of structured, insight-based recommendations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Informational and research support of marketing and product initiatives and decisions.
  • Helping to solve business tasks connected with client understanding.
  • Managing current BHT tracking and communicational testing process.
  • Supporting current tracking research (BHT and communication tests).
  • Evolving methodology, carrying out and reporting processes.
  • Analyzing available data (both qual and quant), identifying connections, looking for insights, trends, answering questions and tasks based on previous research data and external data available.
  • Conducting ad-hoc projects based on BHT and communication research data available in the company.
  • Functional project management with the aid of a multinational team and agencies.
  • Conducting ad-hoc full cycle research projects (from setting tasks together with the internal client and choosing methodology to results presentation. Carrying out researches with the aid of both DIY tools and research agencies including.
  • Filling in on updating briefs, defining the methodology and research design, briefing the agency, controlling tools quality, project flow and reporting.
  • Providing analytical, data based insights and recommendations for the defined business task, presenting the results to the team or organizing of the presentation.
  • When using DIY, creating the tools, analytics and reporting (analytical note or full report).

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Higher education (sociology, statistics, marketing etc)
  • Relevant experience on agency and/or client side, with a minimum of 4 years
  • Experience in conducting quantitative projects and at least supervising complex qualitative/quantitative projects.
  • Good understanding of quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Experience in conducting and supervising BHT project. Understanding of all stages of it. Conducting multinational BHTs is a plus
  • Understanding communication tests methods (pre tests, post tests of advertising on different stages of production)
  • High proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Familiarity with SPSS and/or R and/or Python is a plus
  • Very good communicational, presentation and analytical skills
  • Advanced English (B2 or higher). Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Kazakh is a plus
