We’re looking for a Product Manager for Intercity team in Kazakhstan – to help people stay connected and make intercity trips safe, convenient, and accessible. We are building a unique same-day P2P intercity delivery product in Kazakhstan — where a package can be sent in the morning from Almaty and delivered by the evening to Shymkent or Astana. Currently, it operates on top of ride-hailing, but our goal is to grow it into an independent, large-scale business that increases company revenue and drivers’ income.

Key Responsibilities

Drive product growth with fast, measurable impact
Identify core user problems and turn them into strong, data-based product decisions
Discover opportunities, design solutions, validate hypotheses, and scale what works
Develop and execute the product roadmap for communication features with company strategic goals
Lead and coordinate engineering, design, QA, and business teams to meet product specifications and deadlines

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

2+ years of product management experience
Structured & critical thinking: focus on what moves the business
Solid prioritization skills and ownership mindset – you make things happen
High proactivity and initiative
Capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments, with excellent problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product management tools, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong empathy for users and curiosity about their real-life needs
Readiness for regular fieldwork — direct communication with users and observation of real interactions
