We’re looking for a Bank Accountant who will manage payments across multiple banking systems, ensure accurate and timely reconciliations in NetSuite, handle documentation workflows via DocuSign, and support audits.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and making payments in online banking systems across multiple banks
  • Responding to bank requests related to payment execution
  • Performing bank reconciliation in NetSuite
  • Organizing the signing of accounting documents (reconciliation statements, Certificates of Completion, etc.) via DocuSign and sending them to vendors when needed
  • Reflecting transactions in the accounting system (expense reports, journals, deposits, payroll files, revenue, etc.)
  • Actively participating in internal and external audits

Qualifications

  • Higher education in accounting or finance
  • Experience working with banking systems and making payments (HSBC, Citibank, AlexBank, UnitedBankUS, and local banks)
  • Experience in international companies
  • At least 2 years of experience as an accountant
  • Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus
  • Experience with AP systems or expense management systems is a plus
  • English proficiency at B2 level
