We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Lead based in Brazil to join our dynamic team at inDrive. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s presence and growing our business in Brazil.
Hold responsibility for Passenger Acquisition and Retention KPIs
Lead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product
Analyze digital performance, media, and car branding strategies, and optimize the marketing mix
Hold country marketing budget processes
Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives
Lead brand positioning in line with local insights and global brand guidelines
Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels
Identify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectives
Perform market and audience research
Qualifications
5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar role
Experience in leading multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure, with influence by leadership skills
Experience working with a mobile product
Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed
Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness
