Associate Team Leader

We’re looking for an Associate Team Leader to help drive data-informed decisions, guide analysts, and support product growth through strong analytics, experimentation, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Passenger Product Analytics team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Define and oversee key product and business metrics, ensuring accurate performance tracking;
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support passenger related product development and business growth;
  • Own the A/B testing process, ensuring robust experiment design, implementation, and result interpretation;
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data informed decisions;
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines and BI solutions in partnership with the Data Engineering team;
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in product/data analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role;
  • Strong team management skills, with experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling analytics teams;
  • Proficiency in SQL (writing and optimizing queries, working with large datasets);
  • Advanced Python skills (pandas, numpy, SciPy, Scikit learn) for deep analysis and automation;
  • Expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis;
  • Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar);
  • Strong business acumen, ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Background in mobility, marketplace platforms, or e commerce is a plus.
