As a Junior Business Development Specialist in the Intercity team, you will support safety-related initiatives across Kazakhstan by conducting customer research, testing hypotheses, and helping validate MVPs. You’ll also assist drivers through calls and chats, and contribute to strategic planning aimed at improving safety and quality processes.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and support initiatives to improve safety operations processes across Kazakhstan.
  • Conduct customer development interviews, generate data-driven hypotheses, and validate MVPs to enhance safety-related services.
  • Provide timely and effective support to drivers involved in safety initiatives through calls and chat communications.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic planning for safety and quality improvements.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
  • Solid experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and applying a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Hands-on, practical experience is essential — we value fieldwork and direct involvement.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (native or near-native level).
