Senior Product Analyst

Responsibilities

Develop and scale the classified business model platform via new features, finding points of growth, and prioritizing solutions;
Identify pain points in the product flow and propose solutions or process improvements;
Encourage data-driven decisions across Intercity and promote best practices in analytics and experimentation;
Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to align analytics with business goals;
Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities and explain findings to business and product stakeholders;
Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify growth points and business development directions;
Present analytical findings to key stakeholders, clearly explaining insights, impact, and recommendations.

3 years of experience in data analytics or data science;
Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, with the ability to find a balance between resources spent and business impact;
Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series, and causal inference;
Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries;
Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, and create analytical data marts;
Experience in creating BI reports (Plotly, Redash, Tableau);
Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.
