Compensation & Benefits Manager

We are looking for an experienced Compensation Benefits Manager to join our global HR team. In this role, you will take ownership of payroll and OPEX budgeting, design and implementation of global CB policies, and drive key strategic projects such as bonus system redesign, compliance with the European Pay Transparency Act, process automation, and HR systems audit. You will provide analytical insights and build compensation frameworks across our international footprint (LATAM, MENA, Europe, Africa, and other regions), helping HRBPs and business leaders make data driven decisions. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical excellence, and hands on execution in a fast paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead payroll and OPEX budgeting cycles across multiple geographies.
  • Design, maintain and improve the bonus and incentive systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the European Pay Transparency Act and other regional regulations.
  • Drive automation of CB processes and implement system improvements.
  • Conduct audits of HR and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide HR metrics and analytics to support HRBPs in operational decision making.
  • Develop and maintain salary ranges and compensation structures across countries.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning in all regions of presence.
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement global CB policies aligned with business strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on all matters related to compensation, benefits, and global mobility.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Compensation Benefits Manager (or similar role) in technology driven companies.
  • Proven track record of working in global markets (LATAM, MENA, Europe, Africa, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Solid background in automation of HR processes and systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of global compensation practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Willingness to relocate to Kazakhstan or Cyprus.
  • International certification in Total Rewards (e.g., WorldatWork, CIPD) is a strong plus.
