Travel Support Leading Specialist

We’re looking for a Travel Support Leading Specialist to oversee travel policies, procedures, and arrangements. In this role, you will advise employees on travel guidelines, assist with visa and entry requirements, and ensure every journey aligns with company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the “helpdesk” inbox channels and resolves employees inquiries on booking rules, travel policies, procedures and practices, incidents, ets;
  • Consults employees on the policies and procedures;
  • Monitors compliance;
  • Keeps track of the policies applicability, proposes and implements the relevant updates;
  • Develops standards of the corporate travel service;
  • Analyzes customers’ feedback and seeks the ways of the process improvements;
  • Participates in the process optimization, implementation of new booking tools and services;
  • Follows internal SLA;
  • Provides assistance in travel arrangements (booking travel services, looking for the best routes and options, group accommodations and transfers);
  • Checks visa and other entry requirements of the destination countries;
  • Interacts with travel agents and other service providers, provides enroute support of travelers.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality, Teaching, Linguistics or another related discipline is an advantage.
  • 3+ years experience in the travel industry, experience in corporate travel is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Business travel fundamentals, professional terms and abbreviations.
  • Knowledge of air and hotel booking & pricing principles.
  • Knowledge of general principles of travel suppliers’ management, formats of cooperation with a travel management company, formats of settlements.
  • Understanding of travel related details of accounting.
  • Understanding of online booking tools functioning principles.
