Marketing Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who will play a key role in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll contribute to workflow optimization, reporting, and documentation, support day-to-day marketing activities keep our libraries and knowledge base up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Support the setup and maintenance of Jira workflows for digital and creative teams, including task creation, status tracking, and deadline control.
  • Assist in managing the performance creative pipeline: gathering requests, preparing briefs, and monitoring task progress across regions.
  • Help prepare regular reports and dashboards (monthly creative digests, SLA tracking, progress updates).
  • Support internal communication rhythms (weekly checks, bi weekly/quarterly planning syncs) between Digital, Brand, UA, and inLab teams.
  • Participate in documenting processes, updating the knowledge base, and maintaining best practices libraries.
  • Identify routine manual tasks and assist in testing automation or AI based tools under supervision.
  • Provide operational support in coordinating cross team workflows, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and with required quality.

Qualifications

  • Education Background Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or last year student).
  • Internship or 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or related areas is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana Jira preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and creative production workflows.
  • Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to work with reports and dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of automation tools or willingness to learn (low code/no code, AI based solutions).
  • Good documentation and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast changing environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
