Visa Support Specialist

We are seeking a Visa Support Specialist to ensure smooth and compliant visa and migration processes. In this role, you will coordinate the preparation, collection, and submission of visa application packages, maintain communication between internal teams and service providers and monitor global visa regulations and travel restrictions to ensure seamless international mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert on visa and immigration law of different countries as applicable;
  • Research visa applications requirements, entry, exit restrictions and other relevant travel information for corporate travelers located throughout the world;
  • Coordinate preparation, collection and submission of visa application packages via different diplomatic missions and online foreign government systems providing e visa services;
  • Complete visa applications and make appointments for visa interviews and, or document submission;
  • Connect staff members with relevant travel, visa and immigration services providers to handle specific requests related to business travel;
  • Maintain cross communication with internal staff and vendor network to ensure required travel and visa services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing.
  • Proven hands on experience in processing tourist, business and work visa applications to the US, EU, UK, Cyprus, Canada, India, Pakistan, Mexico and other countries.
  • Prior employment with visa support units of business travel agencies or multinational companies, will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of travel management processes.
  • Excellent written and spoken English B2 level.
  • Sound judgment and excellent attention to details.
  • Ability to multitask, quickly adapt to fast changing environment and meet tough deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, research, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of geography.
  • Keen interest in working in the global expansion sector.
