Hi, I’m Lili Kuznetsova. I’m Global Talent Development Director at inDrive, and I’ve been here for about two and a half years. I lead learning, talent development, mentoring, career coaching, culture transformation, and performance evaluation projects. During my time at inDrive, I’ve grown quickly, learned a lot about leadership, and seen our company evolve in exciting ways.
From newcomer to a global leader
When I joined inDrive, it wasn’t just to find a new job. I was looking for more challenges, and the chance to build something from the ground up. I didn’t want to join a company where everything was already in place. I wanted to help design talent programs, shape the culture, and define what “good” could look like, not just carry out someone else’s version of it.
At inDrive, if you have drive and ideas, you can act on them. That’s exactly what happened to me. At first, I had one person in my team. Today I lead a team of eight brilliant professionals.
“That’s the reality here: if you have energy, motivation, skills, and capability, and if you raise your hand for more, you’ll be trusted to prove yourself.”
My leadership style is simple: I am open for conversation, but I also set high expectations. I believe in my team, they often know better than me what to do. My role is to give perspective, support them, and push for strong results.
Building a culture for ambitious people
inDrive has changed a lot. When I joined, it felt like a startup, fast, messy, and sometimes chaotic. But it was also full of purpose and momentum. Since then, we’ve grown into a structured global company with a clear strategy, shared values, and leadership behaviors that help us all stay aligned.
What hasn’t changed is our pace. We still run fast, priorities can shift, and things are not always perfect. But this same environment gives ambitious people opportunities to boost their career and make a real impact
“You’re surrounded by highly professional colleagues, and that makes the challenges exciting rather than overwhelming.”
Open communication is also a big part of how we work. Leaders here are expected to be approachable and supportive, but also to set high standards.
To support this, we’ve developed a leadership model, a set of behaviors we expect from leaders: focusing on both results and people, giving feedback in the right way, and leading through our values.

For now, it’s a tool for self-reflection and growth, helping leaders see what behaviors will guide their growth and help the company reach its ambitious goals. Over time, it will play an even bigger role in how we develop and promote inDriveans.
My inner drive
My background in psychotherapy is a big part of how I lead and work with people. I’m always thinking: how can psychology support business? I look at people and systems holistically. I connect dots, and help others do the same, especially when they’re navigating complexity, conflict, or change.
Curiosity drives me too. I’m inspired by challenges and unclear situations, because this is where real learning and growth happen. That curiosity has shaped almost every decision I’ve made: moving countries, shifting careers, and taking on bold projects.
I respect our purpose and mission, and that’s the reason I’m here. The idea that we can positively influence a billion people through our work is both humbling and energizing. It keeps me focused on the bigger picture, beyond daily tasks or challenges.
Until then, I’ll keep doing what I love: leading impactful projects, supporting my team, while raising a family, consulting on the side, and swimming in the sea whenever I can.
