1. Organizing and overseeing team operations during each shift. 2. Monitoring schedule adherence and real time agent activity. 3. Analyzing team performance and identifying areas for improvement. 4. Supporting onboarding and training of new team members. 5. Providing regular feedback and guidance to agents. 6. Communicating updates and important information across relevant teams. 7. Participating in training initiatives and helping implement process changes. 8. Ensuring team discipline, engagement, and motivation. 9. Maintaining up to date knowledge of procedures and quality standards. 10. Assisting with time off requests, sick leave, and shift scheduling.
Review and verify driver documents; Enter and maintain accurate and up to date records of drivers documents; Confirm the identity of individuals by cross checking provided information with reliable sources, databases, or records; Conduct background checks on individuals, which may include criminal history checks, driving experience checks, etc; Identify and report fraudulent activities or discrepancies in information, documents, or identities; Maintain a high level of accuracy in the verification process to minimize errors and discrepancies; Ensure that sensitive information is handled with the utmost care, adhering to privacy and data protection regulations; Stay informed about changes in regulations, verification methods, and technology to enhance skills and knowledge;
PC knowledge at the confident user level; Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs; Grammatically correct in written and verbal; Native language speaker (depending on the supported country). Attention to details; Communication: the ability to convey information, thoughts, Teamwork: tendency to care about helping team to achieve a common goal; Willingness to learn: always open to or seeking out new experiences, skills and information that improve his/her abilities and knowledge.
