Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy Execution:
- Develop and run influencer marketing strategies tailored to each market.
- Initiate creative, innovative projects to boost engagement and brand visibility.
Agency Influencer Relations:
- Manage partnerships with local agencies and oversee influencer selection.
- Identify, brief, and build relationships with top influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
Content Oversight Collaboration:
- Prepare clear briefs, check influencer content for quality and brand fit, and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and social media teams to align on campaign ideas and execution.
Insights, Reporting & Research:
- Conduct research on competitors, audiences, and market trends to inform influencer strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPV, CPM, ROI, retention).
- Prepare actionable reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years in influencer marketing with proven campaign execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
- Experience managing agencies, influencers, and cross functional teams.
- Strong creative sense for content ideas and trend driven campaigns.
- Solid analytical skills with focus on reach, ER, CPMV.
- Excellent briefing, feedback, and reporting abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in fast paced, international environments.
