Responsibilities

  • Book vendor invoices by matching them with POs in ZIP.
  • Post journals in NetSuite.
  • Ensure transactional accuracy across all finance activities.
  • Assist with vendor reconciliations.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Provide assistance during audit requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA are an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Previous finance-related experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
