We are looking for a Senior IT Automation Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

Responsibility zone:

  • Analysis and optimization of internal business processes in IT and related departments.
  • Collecting, formalizing, and structuring requirements.
  • Interaction with internal customers, developers, and administrators.
  • Implementation support: from the idea to implementation and maintenance.

    Strategic tasks:

  • Identification of bottlenecks and automation potentials in existing processes.
  • Participation in the development of solutions combining business logic and technical implementation.
  • Initiating improvements in approaches to requirements analysis and description.
  • Participation in the selection of architectural approaches in conjunction with the development and maintenance.

    Operational tasks:

  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and collecting user requirements.
  • Preparation of artifacts: BPMN diagrams, use cases, user stories, class diagrams and flows.
  • Documentation of requirements and maintenance of the backlog in Jira/Confluence.
  • Validation of solutions, QA support in case preparation, participation in UAT.
  • Error analysis after the release, working with user feedback.
  • Support for versioning requirements and up-to-date documentation.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Process & Diagramming: Skilled with tools like Draw.io, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or Miro.
  • Data & Productivity: Advanced user of Excel (pivot tables) and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking to break down complex problems and identify root causes.
  • Able to proactively spot inconsistencies, gaps, and dependencies in processes, data, and documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand and clarify stakeholder needs.
  • A collaborative team player who can build consensus and align perspectives.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership by taking responsibility for assigned tasks and following through without close supervision.
  • Highly adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management.
