We are seeking a bold, strategic, and impact-driven Non-violence Program Global Director – a flagship initiative dedicated to safeguarding the rights of children and women by challenging systemic violence and inequality through media campaigns, advocacy, education and systemic change focused on promoting non-violence. The long-term goal is to scale the project across multiple countries, starting with inDrive’s current geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the full project lifecycle: from strategic design to hands-on execution of a large-scale impact initiative focused on ending harassment, discrimination, and violence against children and women.
  • Design and implement behavioral change programs that harness the power of art, education, storytelling, and digital platforms to shift public perception and cultural norms.
  • Engage with media, influencers, and cultural leaders to build high-impact awareness campaigns and public dialogues that put non-violence and human dignity at the center of societal discourse.
  • Develop and execute advocacy strategies to shape public policy and legislative reforms aligned with international human rights standards.
  • Build strategic partnerships with civil society, cultural institutions, academic organizations, and policy stakeholders to strengthen the project’s reach and credibility.
  • Establish a robust data and monitoring system to measure the initiative’s long-term social impact.
  • Design a global scaling strategy, leveraging the learnings from the pilot phase and adapting the model to diverse cultural and political contexts.
  • Ensure internal alignment and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the project delivers measurable, sustainable results.

Qualifications

Expected Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive Strategy Document. A high-impact, scalable project strategy with measurable objectives, timelines, KPIs, and a long-term vision.
  • Flagship Media and Art campaign. Development and launch of a powerful media and storytelling campaign that activates public awareness and social dialogue through art, film, and digital content.
  • Advocacy strategies. A well-researched set of policy proposals and a government engagement plan focused on strengthening legal protections for children and women. Working with local human rights and NGO organizations for legislative changes presented to key government stakeholders.
  • Child Safeguarding Framework. Development of institutional policies and community-based practices to proactively prevent harm and promote child well-being across all settings.
  • Women’s Rights Integration Plan. A clear framework for combating violence against women and inequality, incorporated into program activities and public communications.
  • Scaling plan. A replicable implementation playbook based on pilot insights, adaptable for roll-out in additional countries and contexts.
