Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Document Management & System Support:

    • Perform efficient scanning of HR documents.
    • Structure scanned documents for efficient upload and ensure accurate categorization in the digital archive.
    • Accurately upload documents into the company’s HR system and digital archive, ensuring proper tagging and compliance.
    • Assist with data entry and maintenance in the HRIS, ensuring all employee information is current and compliant.
  • Employee Engagement & Special Projects:

    • Facilitate and support country-specific HR volunteer activities and employee engagement initiatives. This could involve coordinating events, communicating with participants, and assisting with logistics.
    • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, providing exposure to various aspects of HR, such as onboarding logistics/documents preparation, training coordination, etc.
  • Payroll & HR Administration:

    • Assist with the accurate and timely preparation of payroll data, including collecting and verifying timesheets, leave requests, and other relevant information.
    • Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, filing, and ensuring data accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS).
    • Prepare various employee letters and documents, including offer letters, promotion letters, confirmation letters, and other general correspondence.

Qualifications

  • University student or recent graduate from Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Available for full-time work under a short-term agreement (6–12 months).
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with documents and data.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a multinational environment.
