We are expanding our team in Peru and we’re looking for a talented and experienced professional to be the Partnerships Specialist. You will be responsible to keep in touch with internal teams, partnerships and make negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to shape partnership needs and strategies in the region.
  • Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners that align with our brand image and target audience.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive direct impact on business metrics.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of partnership projects, managing cross-functional teams to ensure End-to-End delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the company and on the partner side, fostering positive and collaborative partnerships.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership success and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use performance insights and market dynamics to optimize partnership strategies and activities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Extensive experience in managing marketing partnerships within a high-growth tech company in Peru.
  • A strong, existing network of industry contacts and potential partners within Peru, enabling swift and effective partnership development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority, driving projects to successful completion.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement in partnership projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying strategies and goals to partners, team members, and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-faceted projects from inception to completion.
  • Skilled in negotiating and securing win-win partnerships that align with business goals.
  • Deep understanding of customer engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience through partnerships.
    Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English
