Senior Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

System Administration: Configure and maintain HR system modules (e.g., Leave, Attendance, Onboarding, Performance).
Workflow Automation: Design and manage automated workflows, custom functions, and approval chains.
User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to HR and employees; manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR to analyze existing processes and implement system-based enhancements.
Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency; manage data imports/exports and support internal audits.
Integrations: Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with other platforms (e.g., payroll systems, CRM, etc.).
Reporting: Build and maintain datasets and dashboards for HR metrics, compliance, and decision-making.
Training & Documentation: Train users on system functionalities; maintain user guides and system documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms or CRM systems.
Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, leave management, performance, etc.).
Experience with tools like Jira (or similar project/task management platforms).
Familiarity with API integrations and data flow between systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
Experience working in cross-functional environments (HR, IT, Finance).
Project management or change management experience is a plus.
