This role requires a visionary leader to merge and elevate our Facilities and Global Operations departments. The Head of Global Business Operations and Facilities will unify two critical functions, driving efficiency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across our physical workspaces and our expansive international remote teams. This leader will be instrumental in defining and executing our global operational strategy, ensuring seamless support for our business units worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global operations and facilities strategy that directly supports the companys growth objectives and overall business strategy.
  • Lead and integrate diverse teams, including both physical office management and remote international operations, fostering cohesion and high performance.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to demonstrate value, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor to business leaders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable operational strategies and solutions.
  • Define, develop, and mentor a team of Operations Business Partners, clearly delineating their scope of responsibilities and fostering their growth and impact.
  • Serve as a mentor for both direct reports and other leaders across the organization, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for all global operations and facilities initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic investment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in managing operations across multiple international markets, with a deep understanding of cultural nuances and diverse regulatory environments.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing, motivating, and optimizing the performance of large, geographically distributed remote teams.
  • A substantial track record of managing a vast and complex scope of responsibilities within an operations function, encompassing both physical facilities and remote team support.
  • A highly proactive individual who identifies opportunities, anticipates challenges, and develops innovative solutions without constant direction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex operational strategies and results to executive leadership.
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting, with the ability to manage complex operational budgets effectively
