Responsibilities
- Identify relevant media guidelines to support the inDrive brand in the region.
- Manage the creation and deployment of media plans (online and offline) across multiple departments, in line with the respective media guidelines.
- Manage and develop the regional media team; support and maintain relationships with media partners.
- Negotiate media prices; contribute to the search for new media partners; report to the Global Media Director.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of media processes and media data storage.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of offline and online media terminology
- Solid understanding of the effectiveness of basic media channels
- Ability to manage the cost-effectiveness of media plans
- Good understanding of the objective-setting process
- Ability to define campaign KPIs and establish a measurement framework
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
