Responsibilities
- Designing and running A/B tests across user acquisition activities: channels, creatives, targeting strategies, and optimization approaches
- Standardizing UA processes by creating guidelines, best practices, and channel specific playbooks Identifying and testing new tools, platforms, and partners for user acquisition
- Analyzing UA campaign performance and generating hypotheses for improving key metrics (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback)
- Collaborating with the creative team to brief creative tasks and analyze creative performance
- Monitoring digital advertising trends and competitor activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UA or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of major paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, ASA, TikTok, etc.)
- Hands on experience designing and analyzing UA tests
- Experience working with mobile apps and understanding the specifics of app marketing
- Good knowledge of mobile attribution, mobile analytics, and experience working with MMPs (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust) and analytics platforms like Firebase
- Experience working with iOS UA campaigns and familiarity with SKAdNetwork and privacy related changes
- Ability to formalize and document processes with a structured and systematic approach
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
- English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level or higher (for working with platforms and partners)
