Reception and control of primary documentation on wages and its preparation for accounting processing.
Calculation of wages, vacations, sick leave and other payments provided to employees in accordance with the norms of labor legislation, local regulations of the enterprise.
Accrual of taxes and contributions arising in the area associated with the calculation of wages; reporting to the tax, statistics, expense report.
Work with regulatory authorities, participation in the passage of audits; Issuance of certificates to employees; advising employees on settlement issues.
Assistance in the creation of the local regulations company.
Qualifications
Higher financial, economic education.
Must have relevant work experience of at least 3 years.
Knowledge of legislation in the field of accounting, accounting, labor and travel law.
Experience with 1C: Accounting, 1C: Payroll and Human Resources programs.
Willingness to independently obtain information and the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Knowledge of the procedure and timing of reporting; experience in tax and audit.
