We are looking for a Driver Operations Specialist in Panama to manage our driver operations process in their region. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.
Coordinate activities related to attracting, activating, reactivating, and retaining drivers;
Have a comprehensive understanding of funnel efficiency from installation to creating successful orders for drivers, monitor main territory KPIs (New Drivers, Active Drivers, Supply Hours, Supply Hours per Active Driver) and design action plan to improve it;
Execute motivational initiatives and training programs to improve agent performance, share feedback;
Assist in launching, adapting, and improving strategies to activate and reactivate drivers effectively;
Management of partnerships
Travel to new city launches within the country to organise on the ground recruitment efforts.
Market monitoring of competitors activities, bonuses, etc.
Cross Functional communication
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data or business analysis, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or similar background.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact.
Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Advanced MS Excel skills is a must.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
