Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Support Team Analyst to help make our service even better. In this role, you will play an active part in automating support processes: developing AI and machine learning-based solutions and analyzing their impact will be a key part of your work.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Customer journey analysis — identifying pain points and optimizing user experience across all support channels (chat, email, calls, etc.), using collected data to implement effective improvements.
  • Analyzing customer requests and feedback — collecting and segmenting data to identify key trends, forecast demand, and pinpoint product growth areas.
  • Enhancing internal support team tools — assessing the efficiency of current solutions, ease of use of internal tools, and gathering team feedback for further improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities Selection and calculation of product metrics and business metrics when implementing projects/product features;
  • Search for reasons for strong deviations of key metrics, as well as points of growth and product development directions;
  • Assessment of potential profit from projects or product features;
  • Maintaining documentation of the analytics system;
  • Conducting A / B testing – participation in the development of conditions for conducting and interpreting the results;
  • Making recommendations for improving the product and finding optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product;
  • Interact with all teams of the Data Department, to optimize data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, create data marts for the product.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science;
  • Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business;
  • Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series and causal inference;
  • Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries; proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, create analytical data marts;
  • Experience in creating BI reports: Plotly / Redash / Tableau; Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.
