Product Lead (GEO)

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Geo product strategy across both passenger and driver experiences, aligned with overall company goals
• Lead and grow a team of product managers and analysts focused on geo-related systems and features
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketplace teams to improve key metrics such as pickup time, location accuracy, conversion, and reliability
• Own the quality and performance of map data, location intelligence, and address resolution infrastructure
• Use data, market insights, and user research to prioritize initiatives and inform product decisions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product leadership, ideally in logistics, mobility, mapping, or other geo-intensive domains
• Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience working with or managing analytics functions
• Familiarity with geospatial technologies, routing engines, and address database systems is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to ship impactful features and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
