inDrive is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive strategic, multichannel campaigns and strengthen our global brand presence. The role involves market research, content and influencer marketing, and collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy development: Conduct market research, develop and implement comprehensive data-driven marketing strategies to support inDrive brand and media storytelling. Define and engage target audiences through the most effective channels.
  • Campaign management: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sustainability marketing team and external contractors. Channels include paid media, social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, and both traditional and new media.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the communications budget, ensuring efficient and cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Communicate proactively with key project stakeholders, including the education community, target audiences, and partners.
  • Media relations and influencer marketing: Build and maintain relationships with top media, strategic partners, opinion leaders, and regional communities. Secure media placements such as interviews and articles. Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and publicity materials.
  • Content management: Define communications goals and oversee content quality and performance across various platforms, including web, social media, newsletters, and press.
  • Crisis communication: Develop and execute plans to manage risks and protect project reputation.
  • Measurement and analytics: Track and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Internal coordination: Align strategies and share resources with the inDrive marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, including at least 2 years in the EdTech field
  • Proven experience in managing international marketing campaigns with an understanding of cultural nuances
  • Experience working with contractors and agencies
  • Knowledge of best practices in content and influencer marketing
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strategic mindset with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to make independent decisions
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
