Specialist of RCC

Responsibilities

• The position is responsible for performing operational tasks and monitoring for all our cities in all regions.
• Completing incoming tasks.
• Scaling functions within the inDrive app.
• Monitoring KPIs by cities in all regions.
• Monitoring service metrics and incoming complaints.
• Completing tasks for Mobility and Delivery verticals.

Qualifications

• Higher education.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
• Confident user of Excel.
• Basic understanding of IT processes and/or experience working with statistical data is an advantage, but not required.
• Stress resistance, fast learning, ability to work with large amounts of information.
