We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Lead to drive the digital marketing strategy and execution across the APAC region.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands on approach to performance marketing, capable of managing complex cross functional workflows and leading initiatives across multiple channels and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the overall user acquisition strategy for the APAC region in alignment with global goals and local market dynamics
  • Plan and allocate media budgets across digital channels to maximize the KPIs and meet growth targets
  • Continuously optimize performance through real time adjustments based on KPIs, budget spend, market conditions, and input from GTM, BDM, and digital stakeholders
  • Deliver on key digital performance metrics for the APAC region
  • Identify growth opportunities by generating and testing hypotheses based on regional pain points and business challenges
  • Lead exploration of new traffic sources and evaluate their potential for scale
  • Act as the main point of contact for all marketing related inquiries in APAC related to ASO, SEM, and SEO
  • Synthesize insights from creative performance data to inform future asset production
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop clear briefs for creative assets tailored to regional audiences
  • Communicate regularly with the GTM and business teams, preparing performance updates, strategic reports, and presentations
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
  • Define and prioritize analytical tasks to support ongoing marketing decisions

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and growth
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a dynamic environment
  • Deep understanding of marketing measurement frameworks and data interpretation
  • Hands on experience with attribution tools, MMPs, GA4, and campaign analytics
  • Familiarity with the post IDFA/iOS 14.5 landscape and privacy first tracking approaches
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in mobile app marketing (Android and iOS)
  • Background in eCommerce or ride hailing user acquisition is highly preferred
