Lead the development of a comprehensive influencer communications strategy at HQ level and support its adaptation and execution across regional markets.
Establish and scale internal best practices, toolkits, and guidelines for influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand and communications strategy.
Coordinate and support cross-regional influencer campaigns, from creative ideation to execution, measurement, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, creators, and agencies, both directly and via regional teams.
Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all influencer activations and sponsored content globally.
Launch and oversee educational initiatives and onboarding processes for internal teams and regional partners to enhance local influencer marketing capabilities.
Monitor and assess campaign performance and influencer impact, delivering clear and actionable insights to HQ and regional stakeholders.
Track emerging trends, tools, and platforms in influencer marketing to continuously improve the company’s approach and innovation.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in digital communications with a proven track record in social media strategies and influencer campaigns, including work with agencies and direct partnerships.
Strong knowledge of digital media trends, tools, and platforms with focus on social media management and online reputation.
Experience in social media monitoring, report creation, and providing actionable insights.
Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of the following programs: YouScan, Brand Analytics, BrandWatch, TalkWalker, Meltwater.
