The Migration Team is in search of an experienced Migration Specialist in our office in Cyprus!

Responsibilities

Case Management & Processing:

  • Manage immigration cases for employees seeking to enter or remain in Cyprus, as well as for their family members.
  • Provide summary information on the next steps for successfully processing employee and family applications; answer employees’ questions regarding obtaining Entry Permits, MBCS, MVIS, MFR, MFR to MBCS, and permit extensions.
  • Verify documents for residence permits and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all cases.
  • Monitor the progress of applications and proactively address any issues or requests for additional information.
  • Collect analytical data related to immigration cases and relocants; maintain records related to residence permits and passport validity.
  • Liaise with service providers on matters related to medical insurance.
  • Schedule medical exams in Cyprus, arrange taxis, make hotel reservations and booking extensions, and handle invoice payments.
  • Process physical documents and ensure timely document exchange with employees.

Relationship Management & Compliance:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the immigration process.
  • Explain complex immigration procedures and requirements in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases.
  • Prepare and update relocation guides, ensuring information remains current and accurate.
  • Monitor changes in immigration legislation and inform employees accordingly.
  • Ensure all activities and processes comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Immigration Specialist, with specific experience in Cyprus immigration law considered a strong advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cyprus immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English (fluency in other languages, such as Russian, is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., Jira, Zoho, NetSuite).
