We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Group Manager to lead our Incentives team of 4. In this role, you’ll shape our incentives strategy by developing models and algorithms that motivate drivers and riders to use our marketplace. Leading a talented team of analysts, you’ll ensure inDrive’s marketplace efficiency and optimize our incentive systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4 analysts, plan and prioritize projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as an Individual Contributor and provide most Senior decision-making expertise when needed.
  • Develop and improve incentives algorithms to engage drivers and riders.
  • Develop and implement metrics, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
  • Run and supervise A/B tests, oversee ETL processes.
  • Ensure systems are efficient, adaptable to market changes, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with product managers and data engineering teams to align architecture with business goals.
  • Improve research and experimentation quality.
  • Advocate for data-driven decisions.
  • Present findings to leadership, clearly explaining insights, implications, and recommended actions.
  • Establish clear, consistent reporting to keep stakeholders informed.

Qualifications

  • Russian language proficiency B2–C1.
  • English language B2.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
  • 5+ years in data analytics or data science, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in mathematics, including statistics, control and discrete optimization theory, auction mechanics. 
  • Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research and experimentation.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Redash. 
  • Experience with high-load services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of business needs.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
