We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Passenger Team—a team focused on improving the experience and engagement of passengers across different markets. In this role, you will analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and help shape product strategies through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Define and track key product and business metrics to evaluate feature performance and user behavior;
  • Identify areas for growth and optimization, proposing data-driven solutions to improve passenger experience;
  • Investigate significant deviations in key metrics, pinpoint root causes, and recommend corrective actions;
  • Conduct A/B tests, including formulating hypotheses, defining experiment conditions, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketing, and data teams) to enhance data flow accuracy and reliability;
  • Support BI reporting by creating dashboards and visualizations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product/data analytics and A/B testing;
  • Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking, balancing investment of resources with measurable business impact;
  • Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts;
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience using data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, etc.);
  • Experience in designing and developing BI reports using tools like Plotly, Redash, Tableau, or similar platforms;
  • Solid foundation in mathematics, including statistics and causal inference techniques;
  • Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Experience in mobility, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus.
