Responsibilities
- Define and track key product and business metrics to evaluate feature performance and user behavior;
- Identify areas for growth and optimization, proposing data-driven solutions to improve passenger experience;
- Investigate significant deviations in key metrics, pinpoint root causes, and recommend corrective actions;
- Conduct A/B tests, including formulating hypotheses, defining experiment conditions, analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketing, and data teams) to enhance data flow accuracy and reliability;
- Support BI reporting by creating dashboards and visualizations for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product/data analytics and A/B testing;
- Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking, balancing investment of resources with measurable business impact;
- Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts;
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with experience using data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, etc.);
- Experience in designing and developing BI reports using tools like Plotly, Redash, Tableau, or similar platforms;
- Solid foundation in mathematics, including statistics and causal inference techniques;
- Ability to communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience in mobility, marketplaces, or e-commerce is a plus.
