Responsibilities
- Design and analyze marketing campaigns using advanced industry standards
- Identify consumer behavior insights for targeted and effective marketing initiatives
- Optimize analytical processes and develop reusable methods for faster and better decision-making
- Build partnerships with marketing and product teams
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis within marketing or product domains
- Proficiency in advanced testing techniques, including A/B, multivariate, and synthetic tests
- Strong understanding of unit-economics and key metrics for campaign efficiency estimation
- Expertise in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is a plus
- Proven ability to conduct complex data analyses and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and persuasively
