The Culture Implementation Project Manager leads the end-to-end project management cycle for embedding new company values and desired cultural behaviors across the organization. This role acts as the central orchestrator between the CEO, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent understanding, alignment, communication, and execution of the culture transformation agenda. The Project Manager ensures that all initiatives are well-structured, timelines are met, risks are mitigated, and all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged.
Drive the overall project plan for culture implementation, ensuring clear milestones, owners, and deliverables across the company.
Collect and consolidate inputs from CEO and top-management stakeholders regarding cultural priorities, success criteria, pain points, and expectations.
Propose a clear structure and flow for how cultural values should be embedded across functions, translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams and deliverables.
Push and support all functional teams to build robust, realistic, and measurable action plans for embedding culture in their areas.
Provide hands-on involvement in refining team plans: identifying gaps, suggesting interventions, and ensuring plans meet project quality standards.
Lead cross-company communication efforts related to culture transformation — in close collaboration with the Corporate Communications team — including key messages, updates, progress summaries, success stories, and risks.
Manage project cadence (steering committees, check-ins, syncs) and ensure timely escalation of blockers and dependencies.
Maintain all project documentation: dashboards, progress trackers, risk logs, communication briefs, and playbooks.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
3–6 years in project management, organizational development, culture, HR transformation, consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments.
Experience working with C-level stakeholders is a strong advantage.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong written communication and presentation skills.
