We are looking for a data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager who will own the full UA cycle across regions, channels and products — from strategy and budgeting to execution, analytics and optimization. The role includes managing large budgets, running deep funnel and cohort analyses, leading hypothesis pipelines and A/B testing, driving creative strategy, monitoring competitive insights, collaborating closely with product and analytics teams, and scaling new channels and measurement frameworks including SKAN and Privacy Sandbox.
Develop and execute a data driven UA strategy across multiple regions, channels and products with full ownership of performance.
Lead user acquisition direction for the region: define priorities, growth opportunities, risks and scaling strategy.
Own the full UA cycle end to end: planning, setup, launch, optimization, analytics and reporting.
Manage and allocate large budgets efficiently to achieve CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback targets. Build and lead hypothesis pipelines: creatives, bidding strategies, audiences, offers, new channels.
Conduct deep analysis of funnels, cohorts, retention and unit economics to identify growth levers.
Run structured A/B tests for creatives, targeting and strategy optimization.
Monitor the competitive landscape using Sensor Tower, AppMagic, Mobile Action and Ads Library.
Maintain continuous creative testing and rotation; drive creative strategy and best practices.
Work closely with product, analytics, BI, and creative teams to align on goals and ensure cross functional execution.
Develop and optimize SKAN schemas, conversion values and migration strategies under Privacy Sandbox.
Explore, evaluate and scale new UA channels, tools, technologies and measurement frameworks.
Qualifications
3 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition/performance marketing for mobile products.
Proven experience leading a region or multiple geos: ability to set direction, drive strategy and deliver measurable growth.
Deep expertise in major paid channels (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA).
Experience managing large budgets and optimizing towards CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback. Strong analytical mindset: confident with funnel diagnostics, cohorts, financial metrics and unit economics.
Advanced knowledge of MMPs and attribution models (CTIT, SRNs, re attribution, SKAN, Privacy Sandbox). Confident working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau) and advanced Google Sheets.
Ability to drive cross functional work with product, analytics, BI and creative teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluent English for cross regional interaction.
High ownership, independence in decision making and proactive problem solving.
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and pull the UA function as the leading expert.
