We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial-minded Director of Business Development to drive the next stage of growth for our global ride-hailing business.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and execution — combining the analytical depth of consulting with the deal instincts of investment banking and the agility of operations.

You’ll shape and execute growth strategies through partnerships, strategic alliances, and M&A, working closely with C-level stakeholders, institutional investors, and government representatives across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute growth strategy — build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and M&A opportunities across key markets.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships — from leading international corporations to institutional and government stakeholders, including those in the Middle East.
  • Prepare and present investment materials — financial models, investor decks, and business cases for leadership, board, and external partners.
  • Lead high-level negotiations — engage directly with senior executives, family offices, funds, and investors.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives — manage 2–3 concurrent strategic projects in close collaboration with operations, product, and finance teams.
  • Conduct market analysis and deal evaluation — identify opportunities, assess potential transactions, and prepare recommendations for the executive team.
  • Travel frequently to meet partners and support key negotiations on the ground.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or strategic development within mobility, tech, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with a practical understanding of M&A and partnership structuring.
  • Proven ability to operate in dynamic, multicultural environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with senior executives, investors, and public-sector leaders.
  • Hands-on, curious, and self-driven — you thrive in building something new and tangible.
