This role will lead key HR initiatives, including performance reviews, salary planning, workforce management, and L&D programs, as well as support leaders in building effective teams, driving engagement, and fostering alignment with company values while ensuring smooth processes for relocations and staffing changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic HR initiatives: contribute to career tracks, job profiles, assessments, and engagement surveys to strengthen the division.
  • Drive organizational excellence: maintain accurate org structures in internal HRIS
  • Foster talent growth: support performance reviews, calibration sessions, and senior-level talent decisions.
  • Enhance employee engagement: analyze engagement survey results, communicate findings, and help teams implement improvements.
  • Enable learning & development: identify training needs, co-create development plans, and support L&D activities across the division.
  • Streamline compensation processes: assist with salary review cycles and ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate on workforce planning: maintain headcount budgets, support staffing changes, and participate in hiring for key roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: provide guidance to managers on team management and organizational practices, build strong partnerships with them.
  • Be a culture advocate: reinforce company values and help cultivate a supportive, high-performing environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience: 4+ years in HR roles (HR BP, People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist) with responsibility for 100+ employees. Experience working with corporate functions will be a plus
  • Proactive approach: hands-on, self-driven, able to independently implement solutions.
  • Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication, able to build trust at all levels.
  • Analytical skills: experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and turning insights into action.
  • Attention to detail: excellent organizational skills and accuracy in documentation.
  • Problem-solving: confident in addressing challenges and finding effective resolutions.
  • Adaptability: comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Language: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
