Shape the future: Develop and execute the HR strategy for the division, directly influencing business success and employee growth

Forge key relationships: Partner closely with business leaders and People & Culture teams to align on priorities and deliver strategic HR solutions

Innovate HR processes: Take ownership of HR process improvements and policy development to drive efficiency and best practices across the division
Develop top talent: Lead initiatives around talent development and succession planning, including creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs), coaching programs, career tracks, and performance management
Optimize workforce investments: Manage the headcount budget to maximize performance potential, strategically opening hubs in new locations to support growth and business efficiency
Lead transformation: Manage organizational changes and transformations to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success
Inspire engagement: Create a highly engaged team culture, driving motivation, purpose, and alignment with company values

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, specifically with Technology teams is essential
Extensive experience working in fast-paced, fast-growing IT companies
In-depth knowledge of key HR processes, roles, and responsibilities throughout the entire HR lifecycle
Proven team leadership experience
Ability to translate complex business challenges into HR strategies, analyze data, and provide consultancy as needed
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
A mature specialist capable of leading discussions at a partner level with top management
High level of independence and self-management
