Responsibilities
- Conduct end to end research. From planning and fieldwork to analysis and presenting insights.
- Apply mixed methods.
- Qualitative interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies.
- Work on key journeys such as booking intercity rides, price comparison, safety perception, and trust.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to influence product direction.
- Help teams prioritize what to build next through behavioral understanding and pain point identification.
- Localize research plans to diverse regional contexts and mobility patterns.
- Document findings in clear, accessible formats that drive decisions.
Qualifications
- From 2 to 3 years of UX research experience in digital product teams.
- Mobility, marketplaces, or logistics a plus.
- Native Russian and/or Kazakh.
- Strong command of both exploratory and evaluative research.
- Ability to work on ambiguous, complex user journeys and simplify them through insights.
- Experience working across multiple countries or culturally diverse user groups.
- Strong communication skills. You can explain research to designers, PMs, and engineers.
- Comfortable using research and design tools like Maze, Useberry, Typeform, Figma.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and proactive in raising user needs across the organization.
