Responsibilities

  • Be an Adviser on the development of the company’s anti-fraud program.
  • Development of awareness and training programs on fraud management issues
  • Investigations involving fraud/mismanagement of funds/fraudulent activities/corruption/bribery
  • Experience in accounting manipulations
  • Experience in contract cost investigations, cash and asset tracing assignments
  • Leading teams and committees based on the anti-fraud program
  • Risk assessment program related to financial controls and budget workflows, planning and other relevant areas.
  • Financial forensics
  • Development of policies regarding fraud risk and internal control policy.
  • Investigations and corrective measures into financial mismanagement and potential fraud activities.
  • Advise the partner departments such as Finance, Purchasing, treasury, Compliance, Marketing, Mobility
  • Hub on transparency and internal controls.
  • Develop reporting procedures based on control criterion, investigations and corrective measures.

Qualifications

  • Min 8 – 10 years experience in related field  programs on fraud management issues 
  • Worked in a world-renowned organization for a minimum 6 years related to job description
  • Languages: Russian/English (fluent in both)
  • Ability to interact with Board/top management as well as department leaders
  • Experience with leading teams and committees based on the anti-fraud program
  • Have experience in accounting manipulations and financial forensics
  • Experience in contract cost investigations, cash and asset tracing assignments
  • Experience with investigations involving fraud/mismanagement of funds/fraudulent activities/corruption/bribery and financial risk assessments
  • Successfully assessing areas requiring internal controls and their integration into company procedures
  • Systematic and structured thinker, team player
  • Development of awareness and training
  • Further diplomas in ACFE or related field would be a benefit
